TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Agreement between user and 3D Upfitters LLC.

3D Upfitters LLC manufactures 3D printer enclosures and accessories which are sold at http://www.3dupfitters.com. 3D Upfitters LLC products are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of http://www.3dupfitters.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Credit Card Processing

All enclosures are custom made when ordered. Because of this your credit card will be processed at the time you placed the order.

Order Processing Speed

Each enclosure is custom laser cut to your order soon after your order is placed.  Completely assembling all of the parts of your order and boxing it for shipping can take up to 5 business days under normal conditions, but may take longer depending on the amount of custom work required. You will be notified if the order takes longer than 10 business days.  

Order Cancellations/Refunds

Orders that are canceled before the items are manufactured at shipped will receive a 100% refund.

Orders that are canceled after the items are manufactured but before shipping will charged a 10% restocking fee.

Orders that are returned after shipping will be charged the 10% restocking fee, will not receive a refund on shipping, and will pay the return shipping costs.

If we cancel your order due to a problem on our behalf (out of stock for example) you will be issued a FULL refund.

US Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship most items promptly and will notify you of extended delays in shipping your items.  We utilize USPS and UPS Express & Ground services and reserve the right to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. 

All orders over $100 will be sent with a signature requirement.  If you want your order sent without a signature requirement please notify us at the time of purchase, but be aware that we are unable to replace any items lost in transit in this case. 

Items lost in transit will be replaced after sufficient time has passed to ensure it’s lost and simply not late as long as the lost item is reported w 45 days of the original order. Items that are marked as delivered but claimed to have not been received or stolen from the property are not eligible for a refund as 3D UPfitters LLC cannot guarantee the security or activity at your property.

We are not responsible for items delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered on the order, we ship to the address you provide, please notify us if there is a mistake ASAP. We will assist if at all possible with tracking down the package and making sure it was delivered to the correct address utilizing GPS confirmation at the delivery time however we cannot be held responsible for missing/stolen packages at your location.

International Shipping Policy

Customers not residing in the United States are responsible for paying any taxes, import duties, or any other kind of extra charges that may be due in the destination country. These taxes may be substantial. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and be able to pay anything owed in their own country.  

Product Returns

Products returned to us that are NOT DEFECTIVE or refused packages / non deliverable packages must arrive back to us in original sealed factory packaging with no damage to the product and in clean like new condition within 30 days from original shipment.  Items returned in this manner will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which covers the 3.2% transaction charge along with inspection labor, repacking of the product, inventory management and other costs we incur accepting product back. Outbound S&H costs that we incur will also be deducted from your refund as these are fees we pay to get the product from our location to yours.  Clearance / mark down items, special order & BULK sale items are non-returnable.

One Year Warranty

All products are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 1-year from the purchase date.  Because 3D enclosures are subject to wear and tear, parts that need to be replaced after that period are available for purchase.  Small cracks and defects in acrylic that are the result of normal wear and tear over time are not covered under the warranty.  

3D UPfitters LLC is not responsible for cracks in acrylic that are the result of over tightening of screws against the instructions in the manual. 

Defective product is rare and most times we can resolve your issues via email communication. Product that is returned to us that is a result of a mistake or manufacturing defect made on our part will be refunded in full with NO DEDUCTIONS or a replacement will be sent out free of charge with shipping charges paid by us.  

We may require products being claimed as defective to be returned to us for testing, not all instances will require product to be returned back to us and we may have you show proof of destruction of the defective product prior to refunds/replacements being issued, we may also require video evidence demonstrating the defect prior to replacing a product. 3D UPfitters LLC will make the decision if the product is defective and outside of specifications.

Product Representation

While 3DUPfitters.com makes every effort to present accurate and reliable information, the Site is presented “as is.” 3D UPfitters LLC makes no guarantees with regard to the content or services of the Site, nor the accuracy, suitability, or reliability of any of the information or services provided on the Site. 3D UPfitters LLC makes no guarantees that the web server used to present the Site is free of harmful agents including viruses, downloadable software, or other components that could affect your computer beyond the control of 3D UPfitters LLC.

From time to time there may be information on the Site or in an email to you that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. 3D UPfitters LLC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). 3D UPfitters LLC is not responsible for typographical / photographic errors or manufacturers’ price increases and reserves the right to cancel and refund orders placed with erroneous pricing.

All prices are good for mail order and Internet only. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in United States Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. All prices subject to change without prior notice at any time.

All images are for illustrative purposes only. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend, in large part, on your monitor and its calibration / display technology, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate and match our products perfectly.

Privacy 

Your use of 3DUPfitters.com is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications

Visiting 3DUPfitters.com or sending emails to 3DUPfitters.com constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Minors

3D UPfitters LLC does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use 3DUPfitters.com only with permission of a parent or guardian. 3D UPfitters LLC complies with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), and accordingly, we do not collect any information from anyone under thirteen years of age.

Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

The Linked Sites are not under our control & we cannot be held responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. 3D UPfitters LLC is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us or any implied association with its operators.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 3D UPfitters LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. 3D UPfitters LLC reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with 3D UPfitters LLC in asserting any available defenses.

Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. 3D Upfitters LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

3D Upfitters LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
