Printing a Jig in ABS using an Enclosure

Here’s what to do with ugly filament: make jigs. This jig holds the acrylic rods used in the spool holders tight so they can be cut to length at the right angle. It also fits right into the sander.

Note the filament is ABS, and I wouldn’t have been able to print something that tall in ABS without an enclosure.  The enclosure held in heat from the bed, making a more consistent temperature as the print got larger and farther away from the bed.
